Cooling Source offers standard liquid-cooled heatsinks / cold plates. We use various manufacturing processes such as high precision CNC to machine a groove in the base. We bend a tube per the design flow path. Design engineers often place the tube toward the top surface. Therefore, it provides better cooling to the devices. In addition, this construction method can be cost-effective.

The heatsink / liquid cold plate can be manufactured with copper or aluminum alloy.

We bend in-house copper, aluminum, and stainless-steel tubes.
